We need the following body measurements to manufacture this article:

A) distance between the root of the nose and the corner of the mouth
B) head circumference measured between the open mouth and part of the neck
C) distance between the root of the nose over the front up to the neck (where skull sits on neck)
D.) The extent of the head, measured from the vertex, on the temples to below the chin and back up to the apex.
